| 08/19/2008 Arizona Nothin' But Sunshine! I am motivated & determined to make my time here matter. I have held a position in the Education Department for a year tutoring inmates to obtain their G.E.D. I am taking Computer classes to get me ready for a new career upon my release. The rest of my time is spent reading, writing. Crafting & cooking food are my passion. I always said, when I grew up I was gonna be a chef. Now, thanks to this little pitstop, I have the opportunity to make it a reality. Next year I will be enrolling in the Culinary Arts Program to obtain all the knowledge and certifications I will need to get out of here and run a kitchen/restaurant. And later on, hopefully realizing my dream of owning my own Bed & Breakfast. I'm interested in hearing from mature, secure & independent men of 35 years or older. Must want to travel & have no fear of adventurous meals. Health is a must & the greener the better. Looking forward to your letters,
